My Mini Thoughts

What a cute read!  I loved everything about Elle’s character.  She was loud, vibrant and unforgiving for who she was and what she wanted.  I despised her family….at first.  Elle wasn’t like her other siblings, married with “real’ jobs.  Oh her mother! I rolled my eyes at her a lot.

Ok back to the story.  This was a fun read, a little long, but still enjoyable.  Darcy moved to Seattle after ending a relationship, and it takes forever for the real reason why she is so skittish about dating, to be revealed.  Elle and Darcy’s first date was comical.  Darcy comes up with the idea that she and Elle fake a relationship to get her brother off her back.  I feel like this storyline has been used a lot so it was refreshing to read about two women falling in love instead of your typical male/female.
